Autumn Honey Is Ready!

Our bees came through for us with an amazing amber honey that really reflects the wildflowers in the area. While our summer honey was very light and sweet – the autumn honey crop has a much stronger and deeper flavour. This honey would be an excellent addition to any recipe where you really want the honey flavour to stand out. I’ve also tried it (repeatedly) with coffee where it gives a whole new dimension to the flavour, making it more like a specialty coffee than simply a sweetened one.
