Cheese Secrets is an incredible cheese shop in Niagara-on-the-Lake who have featured our honey in their store throughout the fall. You’ve got to try some of their cheese offerings such as Gunn’s Hill – Five Brothers (from Woodstock ON) – it’s my new favourite! Cheese and honey go perfectly together – especially on a charcuterie platter.
